The Drum Transfer System allows for powder to be transferred from drums and sacks into process equipment or to be sub-divided in a highly contained manner. The technology leverages the ILC Dover method of using engineered films for containment along with proven attachment methods. Flexible Enclosures support this process in a variety of styles. Standard and custom systems are provided depending on your procesing requirements. Two typical applications include subdividing product with several parts of the process grouped together and transferring product from one drum to another in a single operation.

Combining the subdivision step with other parts of the process allows for a contained transition between steps. This allows combining the steps of bagging in product, weighing, transfer to the process equipment, processing, and transferring out to the next step.
